Terms of service

These terms apply when you install and use Storepod (“the service”) on your Shopify store. By installing the app you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

The service

Storepod lets you design a mobile shopping app for your Shopify store and publish it to your shoppers. Your products, checkout, orders and customer accounts remain in Shopify and are also governed by Shopify’s terms.

Your account

• You must have a Shopify store and the authority to install apps on it.
• You are responsible for the content, products, prices, offers and policies shown in your app.
• You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your store and your shoppers.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time from your Shopify admin; your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

App store publishing

Your app is published under your brand. Apple and Google decide whether to approve apps and may require your own developer accounts. We can’t guarantee approval or timelines set by the app stores.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for anything unlawful, to sell prohibited products, to mislead shoppers, or to interfere with the service or other merchants.

Your content

You own the designs, images and text you add. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service. Your app’s settings are stored in your Shopify store and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can’t promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features and will tell you in advance about changes that materially affect you.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending the service

You can stop using the service at any time by uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously breached.
