Do I need a developer?
No. You design screens by dragging blocks, pick your colours and fonts, and publish. Your products, collections, prices and stock come straight from Shopify.
Do app changes need an App Store review?
No. Screens, theme, menus, offers and wording load from your store when the app opens, so a publish in the dashboard reaches shoppers right away. Only new native features ship as app updates.
How does checkout work?
Shoppers check out in Shopify's own native checkout sheet, inside the app. Your payment methods, cash on delivery, Shop Pay, shipping rates and discount codes work exactly as they do on your website.
Can shoppers sign in and track orders?
Yes. Shoppers sign in with Shopify customer accounts (email and a one-time code, no passwords) and see their orders, delivery status and tracking, and can buy again in one tap.
Which languages does the app support?
English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Arabic. The app picks the shopper's phone language when you offer it.
Which Shopify plans does it work with?
Every Shopify plan. Storepod uses Shopify's Storefront and Customer Account APIs, which are available on all plans.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Plans are billed monthly through Shopify and you can cancel from your Shopify admin whenever you like.
